Executive function (EF) coaching can provide valuable assistance to people of all ages who struggle with procrastination and decision-making by providing the necessary tools for goal setting and achieving success.
A common misbelief is that only people with ADHD or learning differences can benefit from EF coaching. That is just not true! EF coaching can help anyone who wants to get organized and learn important skills to help them set realistic goals and achieve success.
Note: While we work with high school seniors* and adult clients (18+), we are happy to refer you to EF coaches who support children and younger clients.

We get asked this question a lot and the answer is: it depends — on several factors.
A client’s level of commitment and readiness for change is a big determinant of how long they will need coaching.
Adults who require assistance identifying tools to help them manage their daily responsibilities may require six months to a year of ongoing coaching sessions.
Neurodiverse students or individuals (with ADHD or learning differences) typically need coaching for more than a year to develop the structure and habits required to achieve their goals.

This depends on the type of support the client needs.
Almost all of my clients meet with their coach for one hour every week. This hour can be broken up into two 30-minute sessions, depending on their needs.
